Q. How do I place my order on the site?
Follow these steps on how to make a purchase:

1. Click the "Add to Cart" button on the products you would like to purchase.
2. Click "Shopping cart" and click "Continue Shopping" to continue (if you want to add other products to the cart) or click "Checkout" to proceed with your payment for the product(s).
3. You will reach a log-in page where you must log in to your account using your Username and Password. If you do not have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed with the payment.
4. You will need to confirm your Billing details and Delivery details on the "Checkout" page and click the "Continue" button.
5. From here, you need to select your delivery methods and click the " Continue" button.
6. Next, you will need to choose your payment method, and then click the " Continue" button.
7. You must reconfirm all your details, agree to the terms and conditions and then click the " Continue" button.
8. Click "Confirm Order" to complete the order.

Q. What are the payment methods available?
DIADEM Malaysia offers various kinds of Payment Methods as shown below:-

1. Visa or Mastercard
2. Online Banking
3. e-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay, ShopbackPay)
4. SPayLater (Grab Paylater, Atome, Shopee Paylater)

Q. How to change my account's personal information and shipping address?
Log in to your account → Click on ‘Account Logo’ → Edit your account information and Shipping address here and click “Save”.

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
1. Click on "Forgotten Password" and fill in the email that was used to register the account and click "Continue".
2. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
